Greenlaws Guesthouse is a family run B&B on the Isles of Scilly. It is perfectly located overlooking the beautiful Old Town Bay, just a stones throw away from the beach. Away from the hustle of Hugh Town, Old Town has the serenity of the off islands but the convenience of the restaurants and amenities of St Mary's. Conveniently, the local bus stops right outside the door and runs regularly throughout the day.

OUR ROOMS
We have three light and airy rooms which are kept beautifully clean. Each of our rooms have a shower ensuite and are appointed with local handmade furnishings.

A step from the front door leads into the ground floor hallway with all three rooms leading off from here. There is a small step into the shower.

You may wish to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or morning coffee on our sunny south facing terrace overlooking the Old Town Bay.

Begin your day with fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt and toast served with homemade jams and marmalade. Followed by a wide selection of delicious locally sourced cooked breakfasts! Enjoy Lavazza Coffee from our authentic espresso coffee machine.
Light Lunches and Picnics

Freshly ground coffee, homemade cakes, light lunches, local ales and St Agnes gin is just a selection of what is available in our small adjoining beach side cafe which is open daily from 10am-4pm. Alternatively, we can make up a picnic for you. We cater for all dietary requirements!
